Jason has been roasting coffee beans for several years as a hobby and to just have our own coffee in stock at home. We've given out some of his roasted samples to friends and they told us they would be willing to pay for Jason's roasts. So we thought, hey why not? So now here we are. Jason roasts and packages the coffee and Charlene runs the logistics behind the scenes.
