What makes us different?
You order, we roast! Your order is roasted in 1 pound (unroasted bean weight) batches. No blending of different batches here, unless of course, you order The PaperBag Coffee Roaster Blend.
Where do we get our beans from?
We source our beans from sweetmaria's, who works with coffee farms from around the world.
How does one store our coffee?
Your roasted coffee will be packaged in our coffee bags with one way valves. To keep it at it's peak level, we suggest putting the beans in an airtight container and the beans will stay fresh for up to 2 months. Leave it zipped up in the bags, they will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks.
Should you keep our coffee in the refrigerator/freezer?
Absolutely not! You do not want the chance of excess condensation on the beans itself. Store the beans in a cool and dry place.
